1. Return Window

You can return items within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Item must be unused and unworn
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Item must be in resellable condition

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Sale / discounted items (final sale)
• Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products
• Customized or personalized items

4. Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Refund Amount

• Full refund = If item is defective or incorrect
• Partial refund may apply if item is returned used or missing tags
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Exchange Option

You may request an exchange for size or color within 14 days, subject to stock availability.

7. Return Shipping

• Customer covers return shipping unless item is faulty or incorrect
• If approved fault, we cover return shipping
